In this workshop we will explore beginning pranayama (breathing) practices and how pranayama can aid us in our practice and daily lives. We will learn the four purifications; simple yet valuable practices that will help purify the body and mind. This workshop will include a brief discussion on theory, an in depth explanation and demonstration of practices, and meditation. This workshop is open to all levels, no experience necessary.
